STEAMSPARK

Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Math – Sparking
Green Innovations

This Erasmus+ project is designed to strengthen the capacity of upper primary and secondary schools to integrate computer science in a cross-curricular STEAM approach. The project connects Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics with sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), empowering teachers and inspiring students to become active innovators in a green and digital world.

What We Offer

Capacity building for schools and teachers

Supporting upper primary and secondary schools to integrate computer science concepts into STEAM education through a cross-curricular and sustainability-oriented approach.

Innovation in teaching coding and sustainability

Analysing the current state of coding and sustainability education, and developing, adapting and testing innovative methodologies and learning resources linked to the SDGs.

Community and long-term impact

Fostering students’ interest in STEAM subjects and creating a European Community of Practice where teachers can collaborate, exchange experiences and continuously improve their teaching practices.

Through practical training, innovative resources and a community of teachers from across Europe, the project offers real tools to make teaching technology and addressing the SDGs easy, motivating and connected to students’ everyday lives.

Students, for their part, learn by experimenting: they create digital projects linked to current challenges and discover how technology can improve their environment. In addition, schools participate in activities that bring science and innovation into the classroom, sparking curiosity, aspirations and critical thinking. STEAMSPARK empowers teachers, students and schools to take an active role in a more digital, creative and sustainable learning experience.
