Femxa is an organisation with more than 25 years of experience, specialising in consultancy, vocational education and training, and employment-related training for employed and unemployed people, companies, public administrations, training centres and universities.

With a mission to support people and organisations in their personal and professional development, Femxa has trained more than 850,000 people in Spain and over 20,000 in Latin America throughout its history. It has delivered 22,000 face-to-face courses and more than 27 million hours of online training using its own methodology.

Its expertise covers every stage of the teaching and learning process, from identifying and analysing the training needs of companies, organisations and public administrations to designing training plans tailored to each specific context. Femxa develops teaching materials and learning resources, selects the most suitable teaching and advisory professionals, and delivers training activities in a range of formats. It also organises conferences, workshops, seminars and coaching sessions, while managing the financial, coordination and dissemination aspects of training projects.

IES Castelao is a well‑established public secondary school with a dedicated teaching staff of around 64 professionals.
